Jack Schmitz has been a brokerage general agent with DI+LTC (formerly known at Bay Area Disability) for over 30 years. He has served as President of several associations, to include the Marin chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the North Bay Society of Financial Service Professionals. and The Plus Group – America’s Premiere DI+LTC Marketing organization. He also carries the highest industry distinction from the International DI Society, as the 2015 recipient of the W. Harold Petersen Lifetime Achievement Award.

Maxwell Schmitz is the President of Yetworth Solutions and Co-Founder and CEO of Dingo Technologies.  Max joined DI & LTC Insurance Services as a third-generation DI specialist in the bottom of the recession in 2009. Since then he has developed a specialty in working with CFPs and RIAs to consult and implement proper disability planning for their clients. Max and I also co-authored The Questions and Answers on Disability Insurance Workbook.
